TERMS

- Rates and availability are subject to change.

- All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) are accepted. We do not accept personal checks.

- If the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the check-in date, all charges will be refunded to your credit card less a $10.00 service fee.

- Any reservations cancelled within the 7-day period (including cancellation of nights from the original booking) will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of a 1-night stay. There will be no refunds issued after the 7-day cancellation period.

- No refunds are given for early check-outs.

- Authorization for incidentals, via a pending transaction to the credit card information on file, is mandatory. If no incidentals or damages to the room are found, your credit card will not be charged.

- Check in times are between 3PM and 7PM.

- Check out is 11AM.

- A minimum two-night stay is required. The nightly rate ranges between $225.00 and $250.00 (please check the booking engine for specific rates), and there is a $100.00 cleaning fee per booking.

- No more than two visitors may stay in the apartment. Individuals must be over 18 years of age to stay in the Live to Give LA apartment. A valid government or state issued ID will be required upon check-in. Guests of Live to Give LA may not bring pets and children to Manola Court.

- Smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the Manola Court property. An additional $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged to anyone who smokes on the premises.

- Commercial photo shoots or filming require a separate booking agreement. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave immediately without a refund of their overnight fees.
